Had a really good experience with a real estate agent, thought I'd share. . .

I was looking for a valuation of our house & land in Oakford and considering the market conditions, I happened to come across Clare Young. I explained to her what I was after and she said she would compile a full report for what is indicative of the area after viewing the property. Clare came out yesterday and had a look and a chat, compiled the report overnight and delivered it the next morning. I was really impressed as although Clare knew we weren't looking to sell, she still made every effort to give us the info we wanted and did it in a very timely manner. Would definitely recommend her, even if just for a valuation.
